i2k Align is a software package that is used to register and align two-dimensional images and to create multi-image montages. It is based on DualAlign's i2align image registration and recognition algorithm and is able to register images from a variety of modalities, such as photographic, thermal, near and far infrared, fundus imagery, angiography, and medical images. It is faster and more intelligent than the Dual-Bootstrap (GDB-ICP) algorithm developed by a team at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
